There are virtually no limits to the number of design possibilities when using Baydur® 60. The layered structure (foam core and compact skin) gives this material wood-like features. For large parts, the advantages related to its good flow properties for filling complicated geometries are highly valuable. Furthermore, low mould pressure and good adherence properties facilitate combination with other materials.
Versatile and modern
With its formidable copy accuracy, Baydur 60 can reproduce any type of structure which has previously been embossed in the cavity of the mould.
It also allows individualized colour painting. If the matter of colour is secondary, pigments can be added to the poliol component to obtain black, orange, or brown-coloured parts.
